Carlos Alcaraz defeated Jannik Sinner 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the semifinals of the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells on Saturday, ending Sinner's 19-match winning streak and advancing to the final.
After Sinner took the first set, Alcaraz fought back to win the next two sets and secure a place in the final four. The match was briefly delayed by light rain, but once the players returned to the court, Alcaraz dominated the match.
Alcaraz will face the winner of the other semifinal match between Taylor Fritz and Andrey Rublev. The final is scheduled to be played on Sunday.
